- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- All orders placed over weekends/federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.
- Preorder items will ship in approximately 14*-21 business days from the time of order.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification via text/email depending on your preferred communication method selected at checkout.
- No refunds permitted for refused/abandoned shipments.
- We cannot expedite shipping times or order.
- We cannot combine shipping or refund shipping for multiple order, as each order has separate tracking.
- We cannot modify addresses or honor special mail delivery requests.
- We ship with USPS for domestic orders. FedEx/DHL for international orders depending on your location.
- We are not responsible for any shipping courier delays as they are third party services from Lavishing Lux Hair Imports.
- We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural disasters, nor any extra fees, customs or back and charges once the package has left our facility. Customs fees may apply are not included our costs or shipping. At LavishingLux Hair Imports, each bundle will be different as we are a raw hair company. Rest assured, we thoroughly wash and inspect all hair to ensure consistency and quality before shipping to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all items are custom made to order and are nonrefundable. A 25% restocking fee applies to all order modifications.
We do not offer exchanges as your order is a custom order.
Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair.
LavishingLux Hair Imports reserves the right to refuse any packages/returns at any time.
